PAYMENTWe accept payment via PayPal, Debit/Credit Cards* and bank transfer**.

*To make a payment with Debit or Credit card, please choose the option "Pay with debit or credit card" or "Create an Account" at PayPal page (you will be redirected to this page while checkout). 

** The invoice for payment via bank transfer will be generated automatically and sent to your email once you complete the checkout. The payment shall be made within 3 days after receipt of the invoice.

DELIVERYThe orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment.

~ It is possible to collect your order in our Art studio “Marissa Fleur” located at:
Riga, K. Barona 138, Latvia (if you choose this option at checkout, we will contact you to agree about the time).

• We ship the parcels from Latvia via standard registered airmail (only for orders NOT including wax):

~ Fixed shipping cost to European countries* is EUR 10.99.

~ Fixed shipping cost to all other countries is EUR 19.99.

- Fixed shipping cost for DPD and OMNIVA delivery (including orders containing wax; only for Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia) - EUR 2.99-7.99.

• Orders that include wax are shipped to European countries* via courier service - shipping fee starts from EUR 15.90.

You will be able to choose the appropriate shipping cost while checkout. It will be added to your order automatically.

Usually, it takes around 8-12 days to deliver the parcel via registered airmail and 7-10 days via courier service within European countries.

To all other countries delivery may take 2-4 weeks. 

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee exact delivery time, since postal services are beyond our control. However, if you do not receive your order within above mentioned time frames, please send us an email to [email protected].

NB! All custom duties that may arise for non-EU country customers to be covered by the recipient.
